Accounting Supervisor

Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D-3) in Accountancy/Finance with min GPA 2.75
* Male/Female
* Age between 27-35 years old
* Minimum 3 years experiences as Accounting Supervisor
* Ability to work under pressure & tight deadline
* Willing to work over time
* Preferably having manufacturing background
* Excellent English skill both oral & written

Responsibilities:
* Conductingrecruitment and selection of candidates according to the provisions applicable to the number and qualifications set out at the right time.
* Making yearly training program and implement training programs already prepared.
* Conductingyearly appraisal and promotion / position for each employee.
* Implementassessment productivity employees, with the KPI system.
* Controllingdocumentsrelated to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, and Compliance Awareness activity.
