QC Incoming Inspection
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Chemical engineering / Chemistry
- Preferable 1 - 2 years experience
- Familiar with statistical tools and spreadsheet
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skill
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in process improvement / continuous improvement.
- Must hold black belt six sigma certification.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in cGXP’s, validation principle, FDA Title 21 Part 820 and/or ISO 13485 would be an advantage.
- Good understanding in cleaning validation requirements.
- Good writing and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in molding/ coating engineering on components/contact lens, on equipment, production systems parameter settings including of tool construction.
- Hands-on experience in process engineering using process improvement tools (DOE, FMEA). Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Good understanding of safety practices & conversant of ISO-9001 system and having Six Sigma certification will be added advantage.
- For Molding: Knowledge of plastic processing materials viz. PP, SAN, ABS, PC, PS, and Tools & Die / Mold maintenance. Awareness of quality standards required for processing different polymers, and is well versed with molding defects.
- For Plasma: Familiar with production equipment such as Plasma machines, Vacuum Drying Oven, Ellipsometer and XPS machines
