Responsibilities:
Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore
Summary Responsibilities :
Providing analysis on business process or system development to support continuous improvement initiative in Supply Chain department – MM System Section, in order to perform comprehensive analysis, feedback and improvement for Supply Chain excellence
Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA minimum 3.0
2. Experienced on Business and System Analyst, SAP Consultant (IT Background)
3. Technical compentencies:
4. SAP skill
5. Business procedure
6. Project Management
7. Functional Design Analysis
8. .Net, .Asp Programming
9. Good command in English; both speaking & written
10. Proficient computer literacy

Officer Compensation & Benefit

Responsibilities:

• Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore

Summary Responsibilities :

• Under general direction from Coordinator Personel Service & Industrial Relation
• Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring, and development

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources are, exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
3. Technical compentencies:
4. C&B Analysis Development
5. Job Evaluation & Analysis
6. Good command in English; both speaking & written
7. Proficient computer literacy (MS-Excel)
8. Have strong analytical thinking, able to perform problem solving, and pro-active
9. Certify GRP is preferable
