Management Trainee Service/ Parts Department Head (MT-SDH/ MT-PDH)
Responsibilities

    You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting parts sales and service activities in the branch office.

Requirement

    Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering (Mechanical Engineering more preferred)
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum 27 years old in 2012
    High interest in Parts Sales and Service Activities, Human Resource, Engine, Maintenance
    An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
    Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
    High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Parts Business Development Staff (PBD)
Responsibilities

    Implementing unique combination creativity and analytical talents for creating and develop new product. Research new component and parts for agro industrial product and evaluate them objectively from market and financial perspective.

Requirement

    Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering (Mechanical Engineering and Biosistem/ Agroindustrial Technology more preferred)
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum 27 years old in 2012
    Proficient in English both oral and written
    Interested in research and development in agro industry sectors
    Ability to read and analyze statistical data & summarize final report about new parts product
    Have a passion in technical engineering to develop every detail of agro and industrial parts product
    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
    Having experience in computer skill related in product development is more preferred.
    Willingness to be placed in all around customer site to conduct survey and new potential market research

Marketing Executive (ME)
Responsibilities

    Identify potential clients network, develop an firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients.
    Requirement
    Bachelor Degree (S1) from All Major (Engineering more preferred)
    Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
    Maximum 27 years old in 2012
    Proficient in English both oral and written
    High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
    Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
    Able to join the company immediately
    Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA.

    Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
    Able to join the company immediately
