Requirements:
- Male/Female max. 45 years
- Min S1 in Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Experience in all function of Human Resources (HR Procedure & Processes, Performance appraisal, Compensation and Benefits, Indonesia ‘s Labor Law and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching & Counseling)
- Have experience in human resources system and procedure for good and quality human resources
- Have leadership skill, proven leadership and inter-personal skill
- Analytical, communicative & good personality
- Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Windows Applications
Operational Manager (OM)
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s):
- Trucking and delivery,
- Transport management,
- Driver management,
- Journey management,
- Safety management.
- At least 5year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
