Invoicing Supervisor - Jakarta
Responsibilities

    Develop invoicing procedures to improve efficiency.
    Ensures that invoices are produced accurately and on time in accordance with Contract summary sheets.
    Coordinate parties involved in invoice preparation process.
    Handle personnel actions including performance appraisals and salary recommendations.
    Compile invoicing, deferred revenue reports and advice senior management on issues.
    Inform relevant management of all invoicing problems and assist in resolution.
    Maintain Transmittal logs, receipts.
    Monitor invoice payment.

Requirements

    Good knowledge of accounting practices and broad base knowledge of core business.
    Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
    Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
    Minimum of 1 years experience required in accounting, especially invoicing.
    Oil and gas industry experience
    Bachelor Degree in Economy/Finance
    JDE experiences is preferable
    Computer literate with Excel, Word and Outlook
    Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills

Requirement

    Minimum senior high school or equivalent, higher education degree will be given preference.
    Should have at least 8 years experience in the offshore/onshore drilling industry as a driller/tool pusher
    Should have a thorough knowledge on drilling/work over and associated activities (cementing, logging, fishing, abandonment, etc).
    Should be conversant with international drilling practices & regulation.
    Should have extensive knowledge and understanding on downhole hydraulics calculation.
    Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills
    Ability to communicate with people at all levels
    Ability to work to tight deadlines
    Ability to work unsupervised
