Have proven knowledge of the property industry especially residential and shophouses, primary and secondary market Proven track record, minimum 10 years working experience in property sales and marketing (Residential, Apartment, etc ) or equivalent & 3 years in a similar position Have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics Excellent analytical,organizational and networking skills.
