Architect Inspector (AI / CMO)

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimum STM or S1 graduate in Architecture
• Sound experience in inspecting international standard high rise apartment and hotel building works especially stonework and/or timber works
• Experience in working with site supervisory teams
• Ability to develop good relationships with site and engineering staff
• Able to work flexible hours depending on the requirements of construction schedule
• Computer literate

Receptionist (Rec / HO)

Requirements:

• Female
• Age between 23 - 28 years old
• Single
• Minimum SMA graduated, preferably from Tourism / Hotel Management school (SMIP) or Academy
• Having 1 - 2 years of experience in similar post
• Friendly
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Customer service oriented

Jr. Structural Engineer (SE / Project)

Requirements:

• Age between 25 - 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Having experiences minimum 1 year in structural design for high rise building with background from developer, design consultant, etc.
• Skill : AutoCAD
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

Deputy Manager Technical (DM / Tech)

Requirements:

• Male
• Age between 30 – 45 years old
• Minimum S1 graduate in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail or apartment, especially in Engineering or M/E area
• Good English (spoken & written)
• Able to speak and write in Japanese is an advantage
• Computer literate

Senior Laundry Attendant (SR-LAUNDRY / APS)

HK Clerk (HKC / APS)

Requirements:

• Female
• Maximum 25
• Strong organizational skills, well-groomed, good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and excellent English.
• Average
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or SMK/SMIP-Hotel and Tourism; first graduates are encouraged to apply.
