Responsibilities
Develop invoicing procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensures that invoices are produced accurately and on time in accordance with Contract summary sheets.
Coordinate parties involved in invoice preparation process.
Handle personnel actions including performance appraisals and salary recommendations.
Compile invoicing, deferred revenue reports and advice senior management on issues.
Inform relevant management of all invoicing problems and assist in resolution.
Maintain Transmittal logs, receipts.
Monitor invoice payment.
Requirements
Good knowledge of accounting practices and broad base knowledge of core business.
Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
Minimum of 1 years experience required in accounting, especially invoicing.
Oil and gas industry experience
Bachelor Degree in Economy/Finance
JDE experiences is preferable
Computer literate with Excel, Word and Outlook

Requirement
